I’m Timothy Hipworth, a senior logistics executive based in Dubai, with more than 20 years’ experience building, restructuring and scaling logistics businesses across Australia, Saudi Arabia, India, IMEA, Africa and the wider GCC.

My background spans contract logistics, freight forwarding, warehousing, multimodal transport, cold chain, fleet operations and heavy lift. I have held senior leadership roles across complex, multi-country operations where the mandate was clear: improve performance, build stronger teams, and make the business worth more than it was.

I am currently working with Logistics Executive Group in Dubai, advising logistics operators, investors and leadership teams on operating model maturity, performance improvement, market entry, network design and EBITDA improvement across the GCC and MEA region.

My approach is simple. Strong businesses are built by strong teams. The best results come when people believe they can achieve something bigger, and leadership gives them the structure, discipline and confidence to do it.
